If we can fix it remotely we will.  This saves us and you travel costs and time and the only difference from having someone onsite or not is you may get to smell what aftershave or perfume they wear.  Sometimes, dependant on the issue, we will need to send someone to your office if for whatever reason a remote engineer can't resolve it.  It's not a problem for us, either way we will do all we can to get you back up and running.
